Napoleon Teachers Support Filling Homes

Napoleon Area Schools Dean of Students, Lynn Debbe, presents a check for $416 to Heather Mohler, a Filling Homes Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional. The money, raised by the Napoleon Faculty Association and the Teacher's Jeans Day program, is intended to help fund educational needs.

Each month, the NFA selects a nonprofit to benefit from a fun fundraiser that allows teachers to pay for the opportunity to wear jeans to school on a day determined by the Association.

The proceeds from March have been designated to Filling Homes. Four Napoleon school students reside with Filling Homes and will benefit from the funds, which will be used to purchase several pieces of sensory equipment.
