Filling Homes invites individuals to become part of a caring team in service to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Comprehensive training is provided to assist all newly hired staff in becoming successful within various living environments and during shifts covering the 24 hour day throughout Henry, Fulton, and Williams Counties.

Applications for full and part time positions are accepted to include staffing for personal care and daily program needs of our residents, RN/LPN services, facility operations (laundry, housekeeping, maintenance) and dining.

Assisting individuals with developmental disabilities at Filling Homes requires first and foremost, a commitment to service.

  • Employees providing daily direct care are asked to well demonstrate a genuine interest in service through professional demeanor, devotion to a favorable work ethic, and sensitivity to those entrusted to our care.
  • Employment tasks include assisting with dining, general mobility, routine daily activities, hygiene, lifting, and habilitation training.
  • Requisites for employment also include possession of a high school diploma or GED, possession of a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record and proof of auto insurance. Effective verbal and written communication/comprehension skills are also required.

Adult Day Services


Job Summary

Filling Homes Adult Day Services assist individuals with developmental disabilities to find what they are passionate about and makes choices that foster fulfilling life experiences while connecting with others.

Currently Filling Home Adult Day Services, is looking for a positive, patient, person to transport passengers with developmental disabilities. This person would be transporting clients from their homes to Filling Homes Adult Day Services locations utilizing a 12 passenger van. No experience necessary, paid training is provided.

Hours will be as follows:

  • Monday - 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday - 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Friday - 2:15pm - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities and Duties

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License
Good Driving Record (less than 6 points)
High School Diploma or GED
Pre-Employment Background Screening
Drug Test

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
