Employment
Filling Home is always looking for dedicated, caring employees. No prior experience in the field of developmental disabilities is required, as we will provide intensive and comprehensive training for all employees. With group homes in Williams County and Supported Living sites in Henry, Fulton, and Williams County there are full and part time positions available across northwest Ohio. Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis for several positions including resident assistants, direct care staff, and nurses.
Resident assistants are part of a team that work directly with our residents. You must be 18 years of age, able to read and write with good comprehension, must have a High School Diploma or GED, have a genuine interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and demonstrate patience and good judgment. The position will serve eligible individuals with developmental disabilities and assist residents in areas of daily care; mobility; dining; lifting; proper body alignment, and habilitation training. We offer complete training, competitive wages, and benefits.

Direct Care Staff work directly with residents in group home settings and our supported living sites. In addition to the requirements for resident assistant, an additional requirement is having a valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance. Full and part time positions covering all three shifts are available.

Applications for full and part time certified LPN and RN positions are also being accepted. If you are a graduating nurse or a seasoned professional and would like to be a part of the dedicated team that provides love and care to children and adults with developmental disabilities, give us a call. We offer extensive orientation, low nurse to resident ratios, flexible shifts, competitive wages, weekend differential and good benefits.

In addition we also have positions available at times in dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance. Be sure to call and see what positions are currently available.
